A school for students in the child-welfare system struggled with program fidelity and showcasing their impact to donors. We helped them identify 3 crucial data domains and define exactly how to collect and make use of those data: (1) basic student and school data for daily ops, (2) high-value, low-effort data for impact evaluation, and (3) academic standards data for program fidelity
